Shipping policy

All orders placed through the website will be confirmed once we have checked to make sure the ordered products are physically in stock. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once this has been done.

All orders will be dispatched within 1/2 days with a 1, 2 or 3 day service, depending on the items being sent.

All decks will be shipped with tracking, all other orders will not be sent tracked unless specified by the customers shipping choice.

Items cannot be sent to P.O Boxes.

All returned items must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase. Any items returned after this period will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, please get in touch with us before sending the item back so that we can make sure we have the other size/item in stock.

If items are being returned for a refund, the postage costs are not covered by Seed Skateshop but by the customer themselves.
